Yes! I finally watched Kill Bill: Vol. 2 after owning it for a few months. I also got to enjoy a loverly day that did not get jinxed wiff Pablo and Cassie. And if you haven’t seen, I gave Pablo’s xanga an extreme makeover … Actually, it was a really lazy attempt at a layout considering I based everything around a painting by Rachell Sumpter. Check it out.
We all went over to the Museum of Science and Industry today … Y’know, that outcasted museum far away from the actual area that is labeled “The Museum Campus”. Fabulous time looking at real bodies at the BodyWorlds. Although everyone I had spoken to prior to going seemed to want to vomit after viewing it, I found it quite awesome and quite worth $12. Only thing I found sick was greyed/blackened lungs. Smoking icky. I mean, our insides aren’t that desirable to look at in the first place then you go muck it up more with smoking … unless your a fan of greyish blackishness then by all means, go right ahead.
I mean, I have nothing against the colour grey or black but in my body, that’s quite alright … pinkish peach over grey and/or black any day, y’know.
Sadly, no photography in the BodyWorlds exhibit!
But then there was this Video Game exhibit. YES YOU READ CORRECTLY … VIDEO GAME EXHIBIT. Learning IS fun …

Behold the power of Tetris …
( note: I am not the eight year old boy playing )

Then Cassie and Pablo found the MarioKart on SNES.

Then under the Europe/USA games,
we found Jak & Daxter in Japanese.
( you know it makes perfect sense )

More Japanese-ness … though it was found
in the very predictable Japanese games section of the exhibit.
We played a few more games … Super Mario, Sonic, Bomberman, Super Smash Bros. Melee … Then we wandered off to the Genetics exhibit. Mind you, not to learn about Genetics really but to go see baby chicks and hatchery. We have a thing for chicks …

Afterwards, we ran over to the Ice Cream Parlor since we assumed the
Brain Food Court was going to be closed at 2:30PM (that time was posted everywhere from the map to the gift shop). Cassie and I had enormous Banana Splits and Pablo had a Brownie Sundae. Also, for some reason we ran into Tim O’Connor and his bro’. YES.
We wandered around the museum a few more times and also discovered that
Brain Food Court was in fact still open at 3:30PM … until we left … in which case we sort of got lost on our way to the train …

Walked from Wacker to Washington, in fact.

Was wierded out by a taxi stop (?)

We also met this cow that wasn’t quite a cow or bull.
And that was it! Oh yes … And for a moment of shame …

Sorry for making you suffer through that. WOW IT’S LATE! WOW THIS IS A LONGASS STUPID ENTRY! Oh who cares, all the people who usually comment are gone for the rest of break and I’m pretty sure they were the only ones reading.
