I have too much to do still but I’ve just been in a funk. Like I go through periods of doing jack shit and I find myself being sleepy even if I had enough sleep.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

I still have to finish my Sociology exam which must end up 8 to 9 pages long (due tomorrow) ... I also have to drop by O’Hare to do fingerprinting … aand have to do that detective sketch and a lab report for Friday … and online Chemistry homework for Saturday evening.

On a side note, Friday went good. Logan Square Auditorium is nice. Joe bought Thunderbirds merchandise from Ryan Allen himself.

Apparently he was a nice motherfucker.


I enjoyed The Constantines.
Sadly, they were all sick.
And I’m pretty sure I caught my current cold from them.


I didn’t like The Hold Steady in album form.
They are much better live.
You see, I have tons of pictures from that concert and the Minus the Bear concert (all of which Joe took) but they aren’t posted because they are super dark and need to be edited. My digital camera is a mofo.

I missed Barbara & Pablo.

But after all my work is done …
Another concert Friday at the same venue.
Don’t know if you’ll know the band Murder by Death, eh?

Anyways … I should go work on that paper.
